Inspired by the book by Anne Elizabeth Moore

 After the experience of Moon Cycle, I continued to collect my menstrual blood and experiment with it. These little paintings are a raw tribute to the feminine body, the societal taboos around it, and the artists who have confronted these historical taboos in the past. They are painted on glass, incredibly vulnerable to various erasures and difficult to photograph.
